Walt Disney World

  • Basic ticket

    One park per day, for the number of days you choose. Ideal if you want to take it easy and not rush.

  • Park Hopper

    Lets you visit more than one park on the same day, so you can enjoy what you like most in each one.

  • Park Hopper Plus

    Includes everything in Park Hopper, plus visits to the water parks and the sports complex.

  • Water parks

    Made for those who want a day of water fun at Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach. As of October 5, 2026, Typhoon Lagoon is temporarily closed, according to Walt Disney World.

Universal Orlando Resort

  • One park per day

    You pick one park for each day, or you can hop between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

  • Epic Universe

    The newest Universal Orlando park is quoted as its own ticket, depending on how you build your trip.

  • Volcano Bay

    Universal Orlando's water park, for a day of water fun and relaxation. It has a scheduled maintenance closure starting October 26, 2026, according to Universal Orlando.

  • Universal Express

    An add-on for shorter lines at participating attractions.

What does a Disney or Universal package with El Viajero include?

What is Epic Universe?

Epic Universe is the newest theme park at Universal Orlando Resort in Florida, which opened in 2025. It is organized into several themed worlds inspired by movie stories and characters. You can combine it with Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Walt Disney World on the same trip, and we can help you plan it.

How many days do I need for Disney, Universal and Epic Universe?

It depends on how many parks you want to visit and your group's pace. Walt Disney World has four theme parks and Universal Orlando has three, so combining them usually takes several days plus a rest day. Tell us your priorities and the ages of those traveling, and we will suggest how to split your days.

Can you quote my trip to Orlando if I live outside Mexico?

Yes. We quote your trip to Orlando departing from your city, whether you are in Mexico, Latin America, the United States or Spain, subject to routes and availability. All our advice is online, by WhatsApp, phone and email. If you are traveling with family who depart from different cities, we can also help coordinate the flights.

What documents do I need to travel to Orlando?

To travel to the United States you need a valid passport and, depending on your nationality, a U.S. visa or ESTA authorization. The requirements are set by the U.S. government and may change, so check them with official sources before booking. When we quote, we remind you to review your documents well in advance.

Do children under 3 pay admission?

No. Children under 3 do not pay admission at Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando. From that age on they do need a ticket, so tell us the ages of those traveling and we will put your quote together correctly.

What is Lightning Lane?

It is a Disney service that lets you wait in shorter lines at attractions. There are three options: Multi Pass, for several attractions within a park; Single Pass, for the most popular attractions with individual payment; and Premier Pass, with the greatest flexibility. It is managed from the My Disney Experience app.

What are the benefits of staying at a Disney or Universal hotel?

At Disney hotels you get free transportation to the parks, 30-minute early entry and, at deluxe hotels, extended hours on select dates. At Universal Orlando hotels you get early park admission and free transportation, and at some of them Universal Express Unlimited is included. A valid park ticket is required.

What is a Disney dining plan?

It is a plan that can be included in certain Disney packages so you pay for your meals in advance. The Quick Service plan includes 2 quick-service meals and 1 snack per night; the Dining Plan includes 1 table-service meal, 1 quick-service meal and 1 snack. They can also be used at character meals.
